navabi university is organized every other week to internalize learning and growth into the navabi DNA. The idea is that we take the knowledge we have, bundle it in key presentations, and share it with each other to facilitate learning and growth. This way, not only individuals gain knowledge, but also the organization as a whole. People from within navabi give universities, but we also try to have external speakers once every quarter.

Last week, Denise held a presentation on Team Jour Fixes and the Engagement Pulse, followed by a workshop where all navabistas were divided in groups to think about ways to improve employee engagement in specific areas.
